Event information: Bike Charity Event Tuesday, June 23 7-9 pm at The Lord's Church (1502 E Lakeshore Dr)

*Note this is a co-event with the regular weekly Feed The Homeless event which usually goes from 7-8 pm.

  • 6-7 pm: Feed The Homeless set-up and

  • 7-8 pm: Feed The Homeless dinner service. Nina will announce bike winners! Bike Charity set-up around 7:30 pm after dinner service: set up bike rodeo (orange cones), WMPO and Wave Resource table, helmet and other bike gears, etc.

  • 8-9 pm: Bike Charity event - Bike safety education, bike distribution, helmet fitting and bike adjustments, and finally bike rodeo! People can stop by the WMPO and Wave table to inquire and find resources about using Wave Transit shuttles to help aid transportation or find bike trials that bikers can take safely.
