DONATIONS & DISTRIBUTION

On Charity Day, 50% of the proceeds from single-sale washes at your selected location will be donated to your organization.
The remaining 50% will be donated to Annandale Village, a community for adults with special needs that is close to the hearts of our founders, the Blackstock family.
Proceeds will be mailed by check to your organization a few weeks following the event.

CASH DONATION BUCKETS

Please bring jars or buckets to collect cash donations from guests. These can be positioned at our sales stations or vacuum areas. This is a great way to collect donations from our members. Members will need to donate additionally to give back since the proceeds come from our single sales.
Participants are encouraged to greet guests, share information about your organization, and collect spare change — especially while customers clean out their cars.
100% of cash donations collected on-site will remain with your organization. You must complete the Cash Donation Form at the end of Charity Day.
Consider creating and displaying QR codes linked to your online donation platform (Venmo, etc.) for added convenience. Please report online donation totals to Tidal Wave to be included in your official fundraising total.

The container is almost empty so now we need to determine the best way to use the space. I've been talking with Ernie out building a storage system for the wheels which currently are the biggest issue out there. It is also very hot there, often hotter than it is outside so moving forward we need to determine a way to make it cooler inside of it during the summer months.
